Training/apprenticeship.

We place great importance on providing our trainees with an extensive education because they are our workforce of the future and tomorrow's experts. We want to ensure our own supply of up-and-coming talent in the industry and therefore train two new apprentices to become production engineers with the Swiss Certificate of Competence (Produktionsmechaniker EFZ) every year.
